In this fun and interactive 90-minute workshop, participants will get to:
- Discover the latest science on the psychological tricks and mechanisms that these technologies use to hook our attention, and the adverse consequences on our lives;
- Learn experientially how mindfulness-based practices can help us regain control over how we want to spend our time.
