Our Psychological Growth and Wellbeing Program is a comprehensive learning journey that leverages mindfulness, cognitive and behavioral approaches as well as neuroscience to help participants develop self-awareness, gain clarity on their intentions and values while committing to impactful actions and behaviors, all of which contribute to improving resilience and wellbeing. Through experiential learning and practical tools, participants learn how to overcome barriers to growth and development, otherwise known as immunity to change.
