In this 8-week program, participants use the power of experiential learning as well as peer learning to understand, explore and embody powerful mindfulness practices.

Workshop Content
The eight weekly sessions include yoga, various meditation practices, self-reflection, and teachings to best understand and learn to tame our minds.
Throughout the 2-hour workshops per week, participants will get to:
