Bio
Carl Lemieux is the founder of Mindsmatter. A seasoned coach, he works with executives, leaders and professionals. He has worked across most industry sectors during his 35 years of experience. His diversified background as a workplace psychologist, management consultant, psychotherapist, mindfulness and well-being professional provides his clients with deep insights to explore their growth edge and the mental models that get in their way.
Carl’s strengths lie in developing leaders to face ever-increasing complex internal and external organisational realities while enhancing their self-awareness and well-being. He taps into neuroscience and evidence-based psychology to increase inner peace and focus, improve values-based decision making and develop compassionate connections with oneself and others.
Carl is a registered Workplace Psychologist from the University of Montreal and holds an Executive MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He has trained as an executive coach and as a psychotherapist. He is also a qualified mindfulness teacher (MBSR) with the University of Massachusetts, as well as being qualified in ACT (Acceptance Commitment Training). Carl is bilingual in English and French.

- He holds an EMBA from Université du Québec à Montréal.
- Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher (MBSR; Centre for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts) and trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
