There seems to be a great paradox in our organizations: love, a force universally recognized as the very heart of our humanity, often gets left behind when we walk through company doors.
How is it that what fundamentally nourishes our being finds little echo in the places where we spend most of our waking hours? How can love be made visible in our organizations? What does it really mean to “lead with love”? What hinders our ability to fully embody this force at work?
Let’s explore together, with heartfelt curiosity, how this force can manifest in our professional spaces – not as an abstract concept, but as a living practice that transforms our relationships, our work, and our organizations.
