Most leaders defend or justify unproductive behaviours. Do you?
If you want to change unhealthy, unproductive behaviours, you first have to name and own them.
The TripleGoal Leadership Growth Profile (LGP) makes this possible by helping you sort your leadership behaviours into 2 zones: the red zone and the green zone.
The red zone identifies behaviours that limit leadership effectiveness, such as being overly critical or micromanaging others.
The green zone evaluates behaviours that drive great leadership outcomes, such as high performance and employee engagement.
TripleGoal founder and leadership development expert Michael Bunting will be diving into more detail about the LGP in this EEE session.
