Are you aware of your company’s obligations under Quebec’s Law 27?

Since coming into effect in October 2025, the law requires employers to proactively identify, assess, and prevent psychosocial risks.

These are workplace factors that can harm employees’ mental health, such as excessive workload, low decision-making autonomy, and lack of recognition or support.

For HR teams, this means more than having mental health policies or even training in place.

It requires documented assessments, a prevention plan, follow-up actions, and the ability to demonstrate that risks are being actively managed in employees’ day-to-day work.

This free session will clarify what compliance looks like in practice, grounded in firsthand experience from a large organization that is in the process of implementing Law 27’s requirements.
