Leadership development is a critical component of organizational success. However, many leaders continue to invest in yet more knowledge acquisition for self-improvement instead of self-awareness and self-regulation, which are the true catalysts for growth. Mindfulness and purpose-based leadership allows leaders to quiet the mind, observe unconscious patterns, and draw from their personal values and intentions to improve employee engagement and decision-making. This helps create the psychological safety required to foster healthy performance in the workplace.
In this month’s Breakfast and Learn, we will have the pleasure to speak to Ralph Hosker, a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience, which also includes senior management consulting experience. Mr. Hosker has successfully navigated a cultural shift in the international consumer service industry, leveraging conscious leadership to drive change and help shape sustainable, healthy organizational cultures and performance.
We will explore intentionality, awareness, and how to align our work with our core values with Mr. Hosker with the following questions:
– How is mindfulness and purpose-driven leadership different from traditional leadership development?
– How has mindfulness and purpose-driven leadership shaped the new organizational culture?
– How has mindfulness and vertical growth changed your life and leadership style?
– What challenges have you encountered along the way and what would you do differently?
We will wrap up this conversation with a Q&A period for the audience.
This conversation will be held in French, but questions and participation in English are welcome.
