This workshop will help you understand the powerful impact sleep has on all aspects of our life and how you can empower yourself to get more and deeper sleep to stay on your game physically, emotionally, and mentally!
The workshop will be held in English with a bilingual Q & A.

Jackie Roberge is a Partner, Senior Facilitator & Coach at Mindsmatter. She uses a whole-person, mindfulness and values-based approach to help people and organizations thrive. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate marketing, consulting and facilitation, and more than 10 years as a leadership coach. Jackie has had the privilege of helping leaders around the world align with their authentic self, their values and their purpose. Jackie also teaches an Authentic Leadership course teacher at the McGill Executive Institute. She has been meditating regularly for over 25 years and is also a certified yoga instructor.
Jackie is a member of the Canadian Sleep Association and has been studying sleep and giving workshops over the past several years. She is passionate about helping people feel on their game by helping them get more and better sleep!
